The Solar Panels by The Bush Company are high-efficiency, durable power solutions engineered for off-grid camping, 4WD touring, and remote overlanding. Designed to integrate seamlessly with Bush Company rooftop tents, these panels deliver consistent solar energy in extreme Australian conditions without compromising durability or ease of installation.

High-Efficiency Monocrystalline PERC Technology

Available in 140W, 180W, 200W, and 215W configurations, these solar panels use PERC (Passivated Emitter Rear Contact) cells to achieve up to 22.5% efficiency. This advanced solar technology enhances performance in low-light conditions, making it suitable for extended touring and remote base camps.

Rugged Design for Harsh Australian Environments

Each panel is constructed for long-term durability with either 3.2mm toughened glass (140W, 180W, 215W models) or a UV-resistant polymer surface (200W lightweight model). All panels feature anodized or lightweight aluminium frames that withstand exposure to heat, hail, vibration, and moisture. IP67-rated connectors and waterproof wiring looms are standard across all models, offering reliable power delivery in variable weather conditions.

Seamless Rooftop Tent Integration

All models are precision-engineered for Bush Company rooftop tents and install quickly using the Ezi-Slot mounting system. Each panel includes a pre-installed wiring loom with MC4 connectors (panel side) and a red Anderson® SB50-style connector (bracket side). Compatible mounting options include the Solar Panel To Load Bar Bracket Set and the standalone Solar Panel Bracket (sold separately).

Note: Connecting two panels requires a Solar Y Connector Pair (sold separately).

Warranty and Long-Term Value

Each panel includes a 1-year workmanship warranty and a 10-year output performance warranty. As part of The Bush Company’s modular rooftop tent ecosystem, these solar panels are built for long-term compatibility and rugged field use.

Recommended Install Scenarios

• 200W Lightweight Panel: Fits sideways on all Bush Company tents. Up to two panels per tent. Requires one bracket set per panel.
• 215W Panel: Fits lengthways on all Bush Company tents. One per tent (TX27 MAX supports two panels mounted sideways).
• 180W Panel: Fits lengthways. Two panels can be mounted side-by-side using a single set of solar panel brackets. Panels must be glued and riveted or bolted along the adjoining edge.
• 140W Panel: Fits sideways. One bracket set required per panel.
